Developing the next generation of principled, high-impact leaders.
Chisholm Leaders is a national leadership fellowship dedicated to cultivating emerging leaders from historically marginalized communities and equipping them with the analytical, collaborative, and ethical tools needed to confront society’s most pressing challenges. Through rigorous case-based learning, interdisciplinary dialogue, and mentorship from experienced advisors, Chisholm Leaders prepares fellows to translate ideas into action and leadership into impact.
Benefits
Successful completion of this program will result in 30+ community service hours, a certificate, a letter of recommendation, and an official chapter of Protect Our Block established in your community. National recognition is awarded to our top delegates and case teams. This program will unite dynamic leaders from across the country who are looking for their opportunity to start something big!
Sample Schedule
During the fellowship, participants will engage in weekly sessions. Participants are required to attend the Tuesday and Sunday session. There will be optional leadership and career readiness workshops every Thursday. Program requirements will be shared with admitted candidates.
Case Study
Throughout the six-week program, Chisholm Leaders work in teams of five to develop and present recommendations in response to a case prompt. Each cohort is assigned a distinct prompt that addresses pressing social issues and current events. This structure directly supports the core mission of Chisholm Leaders: to bring together emerging leaders from marginalized communities and create space for deeper, critical engagement with complex societal challenges.
